No. Staff access MOSOKO entirely through a link in their browser — on any smartphone. No app store, no device management, no IT involvement.
How long does onboarding take?
Each staff member takes about 5 minutes to set up their voice model. The entire team can be onboarded in a single afternoon. We handle all the technical setup.
What language pairs do you support?
Currently English ↔ Spanish, with content tuned for hospitality and telecom. Additional languages (Portuguese, French, Mandarin) are available on request for enterprise clients.
Is voice data private and secure?
Yes. Each staff member's voice model is private and encrypted. It is only used to generate their own lessons and is never shared with other users or used to train models.
How is the custom content built?
We run a short brief with your team lead to capture your service scripts, common guest interactions, and brand language. Lessons are typically ready within one week of the brief.
What does the pilot commitment look like?
